1. Order Processing

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Information

We offer FREE Next Day Delivery across the UK via Evri.
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
A tracking link will be sent to your email or phone once your order is dispatched.

We cover the full cost of delivery – no hidden fees at checkout.

3. Delivery Area & Restrictions

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, PO Boxes, or international addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
No customized shirts are sold – all jerseys are official, non-personalised stock.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately at support@jersique.com.
Once dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
